Studerandenytt är ett nyhetsbrev som riktar sig till alla studerande vid Åbo Akademi, och utkommer varje torsdag under terminerna.

Varje tisdag listar prorektor för ubildning Gunilla Widén de senaste nyheterna kring omställningsprocessen. Du hittar dem på den här intrasidan.

Reglementet definierar olika rollers mandat, och de olika kollegiala rådens förhållanden till varandra. Du kan läsa mera om reglementet här. Och rektors frågestund, om just detta reglemente, ordnas den 7 maj.

På den här intrasidan finns frågor från studerande (och svar!) om omställningsprocessen och organisationsreformen. Frågorna har samlats ihop av Åbo Akademis Studentkår. Studerande får gärna skicka in flera frågor till dem via studentkårens frågelåda som finns bakom denna länk.

Om du har frågor om hur förändringarna påverkar dina personliga studier, men inte vet vilken stödfunktion du ska vända dig till, kan du höra av dig till studentfragor@abo.fi. 

Det är dags att ge ÅAS feedback genom deras medlemsenkät! I enkäten svarar du på frågor om, bland annat, ÅAS kommunikation, evenemang och intressebevakning. Svaren ger studentkåren värdefull information som de kan använda för att förbättra sin verksamhet. Enkäten innehåller även en sektion med frågor om hur ni känner att ni påverkas av omstruktureringen.

Vad tycker du om bibliotekets tjänster? Vad tycker du om bibliotekets utrymmen? Biblioteket vill gärna veta din åsikt och ber därför om 50 sekunder av din tid för att svara på två enkla frågor. Enkäten är anonym. Du kan delta här. 

När du har svarat får du en länk till en annan blankett där du kan delta i utlottningen av bibliotekets tygkasse. Vi lottar ut 10 kassar bland alla som deltagit!  Enkäten är öppen till 15 maj.  

Visste du att du till exempel kan få längre lånetid på kursböcker? Har du tänkt på att du kan få e-böcker upplästa genom att använda en lämplig app i din smarttelefon? Mer info på vår uppdaterade intrasida.

Öppna universitetets kurser är avgiftsfria för närvaroanmälda examensstuderande och utbytesstuderande vid Åbo Akademi. Om kursen ordnas av en av Öpus samarbetsparter, betalar man samarbetsparternas kursavgifter. Bekanta dig med kursutbudet här. Anmälan gör du via Peppi.

The regulations define the mandates of the different roles, and the relationships between the different collegiate councils. You can read more about the regulations here. And the Rector's Q&A session, about this particular regulation, will be on 7 May.

On this intranet page are questions from students (and answers!) about the transition process and organisational reform. The questions have been collected by the Student Union of Åbo Akademi University. Students are welcome to submit more questions to them via the student union's question box, which can be found behind this link

It is time to give the Student Union some feedback through their membership survey! In the survey, you will answer questions about, among other things, their communication, events and advocacy work. Your responses will provide them with valuable information that they can use to improve their operations. The survey also includes a section with questions about how you feel affected by the restructuring.

What do you think about the library service? What do you think about the library space? The library will be happy to get your opinion! The library would love to know your opinion, so we ask for 50 seconds of your time to answer these two simple questions. The survey is anonymous. You can participate here. 
 
Once you have answered, you will receive a link to another form where you can participate in the raffle for the library's tote bag. We will raffle 10 bags among all participants! The survey is open until 15 May. 

Did you know that you can, for example, get extended loan periods for course books? Have you considered that you can have e-books read aloud using a suitable app on your smartphone. Read more about these opportunities on the library's intranet page.

Degree students enrolled as present at Åbo Akademi University, as well as exchange students, are welcome to participate free of charge in courses at the Open University at Åbo Akademi (an additional fee might be charged for courses arranged by the Open University's partners).
